Well, it certainly has been awhile; it took me several tries to remember my password.  This year has a lot in store for me.  I'm finally graduating and with that the search for a stepping stone into my career, I'm working as an archery instructor again this summer and I have a slew of new projects! I've started a community effort of upcycling as well.  Upcycling is repurposing old, unwanted items into new, useful things.  Instead of simply recycling them to be refurbished into the same thing e.g. plastic containers, newspaper, and metal parts, I am finding ways to craft them into better, more meaningful items.  All the while keeping more tha

The school year is winding down and coming to a close yet again. I will be teaching youngsters the skill of archery at a Campfire camp as I did last year, but before that I'll be riding the STP. The Seattle to Portland bicycle ride is a grueling 200+ mile race up around and through the various terrain of the Pacific Northwest. I had done it before with my parents when I was in junior high school, but since my sister had an unfortunate training accident I'll be doing it alone this time.
